I pledge that I do not support the 2022 INFERIOR EXPECTATIONS (54.8), benchmarks, Targets or goals for Black students or SUPERIOR EXPECTATIONS (84.3), benchmarks, targets, or goals for White students (2022).

 

I support the National NAACP General Counsel’s Complaint to the Federal Office of Civil Rights, (May 8, 2023) requesting Ohio to set expectations, benchmarks, targets, or goals to be on equal terms for all children.

National NAACP General Counsel’s letter to President Biden’s U.S. Secretary of Education related to Ohio’s request to lower the academic expectations/benchmarks, targets and or goals for Black Students (54.8) vs White students (84.3) in 2022.

Meetings began with the Ohio Department of Education and Board of Education President three years ago. The majority of these meetings were open to the public and recorded.
