Annette McCoy, a 1974 honors graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School, attended Tennessee State University and The Ohio State University, majoring in nutrition with a minor in business management, and later received her personal trainer certification from ISSMA. After a 45-year career as a healthcare administrator, she retired in May 2023. Since 2012, McCoy has served as president of the Trumbull County NAACP. She successfully reactivated the Youth Charter in Trumbull County, growing its membership.
