Biography

Tiffany Edwards, CFRE, is a social innovator and strategist specializing in cultural diplomacy and strategic innovation. She is the founder of The State of Ohio Collective and CEO of Gramish Consulting.


Edwards has held senior leadership roles at organizations such as the Pro Football Hall of Fame, JP Morgan Chase, and Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, leading initiatives in strategic planning, philanthropic development, tech innovation, and human resources.


A globally recognized thought leader in cultural diplomacy, humanitarian work, and human rights, Edwards has received numerous accolades, including the Most Powerful Woman Award, the Tampa Black Girls Rock Education Award, and the Hidden Heroine Award. She is a staunch advocate for marginalized communities, serving as the Freedom Fund Chair for the NAACP and holding a board position with the Stark Minority Business Association.

She is dedicated to the arts through her Board Service as a Board member for Weathervane Community Playhouse, and is on the Executive Campaign Committee for the Stark County History Museum and chairs its Grants Committee.


Edwards is currently pursuing a doctorate in counseling with a focus on sexology and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Corporate Communication from Walsh University. She is one of the few Certified Fund Raising Executives (CFREs) from underrepresented groups globally. Edwards is also a writer and political strategist with a passion for enology and the arts.
