Williann Moore has a Masters Degree and thirty-nine years of diversified managerial experience with a proven record of planning. She’s an NAACP Golden Heritage Life member with over 54 years of service.  She was the 1990 -2000 NAACP Toledo Branch President, NAACP Ohio State Conference. She is the proud recipient of the President’s Woman of the Year Award in 2005, and the 99TH Annual NAACP Convention Benjamin Hooks Keeper of the Flame Award – Cincinnati, Ohio, 2008.
